USB Power Supply 10V/1A with BJT
in EmitterSwitchingTechnique.
In a commercial USB power supply 10V/1A the
BJT switching transistor was replaced by an
EmitterSwitchingTechnique stage. The
advantages are nearly a doubling of the dielectric
strength. This leads to highest reliability at
lowest price.
