LED Driver 10V/1A, Emitter-
SwitchingTechnique instead of
a Power MOS Transistor.
In a commercial available 10V/1A LED driver,
the power MOS switching transistor has been
replaced by an Emitter-SwitchingTechnique
stage. This eliminates the need for an expensive
high voltage MOS transistor.
This provides highest reliability at lowest price!
